I have found no greater comfort than the comfort I experience from sharing my stresses with my parents as they always seem to know how I am feeling and know just what to say to ease the pressure. Even though times change the stresses, we think as adults don’t, and our parents have been through it all!!

We all know how good you feel when you laugh so hard that you feel like your sides might split, it releases endorphins and lowers your stress levels. Children have the most fantastic sense of humour, and nothing makes me laugh more than playing with my playful child. Her sense of humour at such a young age amazes me and has me laughing out loud more than anything else.

Bonding time with family brings warmth and love to your heart that pushes away any stress you may be feeling. Bonding with your children and spending quality time with them can fill your heart with love, and this too pushes away stress.

When your time comes the last thing you want to be stressing about is the fact that you didn’t spend enough time with your family, so don’t live your life in regret. Use your time wisely, because it’s precious.
